We may send you push notifications to keep you updated about your service bookings, promotional offers, and important service updates. You can manage notification preferences in your device settings.
If you choose to, the app uses your camera or photo library to add photos to a booking or a warranty claim, and to send photos in chat. We only access the photos you pick.
If you choose to, the app uses your microphone to record a voice message in chat with your professional. Recording starts only when you tap the microphone button. The message is stored with your booking chat so both of you can play it.
You can send a map pin in chat so your professional can find your gate or building. We only send the spot you choose, once. It is not tracked or updated after you send it.
On iPhone, we ask for permission before reading your device's advertising identifier. If you allow it, Google Analytics for Firebase uses it to measure which of our ads bring people to the app. If you decline, it is not read. On Android you can reset or delete it in your device settings.
